This phone may have been the worst purchase ever made. Also, Verizon is possibly the worst service provider, but I put all that aside and try not to let it bother me. Now the NFL season started and I figured that some of my outrageously high bills at least goes to the NFL app. The app doesn't WORK!!! It keeps messing up over and over and yes Verizon, I have "Service". All four bars. That really doesn't mean anything because my phone will drop a call if I had 10 "bars". Anyway just fix the app. Someone should be getting paid enough to do that when you charge everyone insane amounts of money. Where does the money from everyone's bills go anyway? Stop paying that nerdy actor from Silicon Valley to make the **bleep** commercials ever, and start making your product work!
