Can't get the hotspot to work anymore... I have the password, etc... Just will not work... Also, when i plug the phone into my boat radio, it is not recognized... My son's iphone works fine with the same cord... Went to the local store and waited 45 min and had to walk out... Tried to call and got to the promp to have a call back and got a call back... Then it hung up on me... I pay over $400 a month to Verizon.. Just need some help....

I am sorry for the situation as we want to see ou stay connected and be able to rock out on the boat. To confirm, what exactly happens when you attempt to start the Mobile Hotspot service? When connecting to the boat radio, are you using an auxilary cable with a lightning cable adaptor? YaleK_VZW
