Called 611 for support but when they answered 40 minutes later, they had no answer. Said they were connecting me to higher level support, that hold lasted 30 mintues and auto disconnnected.
I had tried all the robot suggestions such as resetting Network but no Hotspot on phone.
Anyone know how to the hotspot back. It was there last week. Tech who did answer before putting me on hold said it was a part of my plan. It was there?
Did not realize that Verizon basically has no tech support. Doubt they'll call back so I'll go the long slog of cancelling the account, getting my money back and get a 2nd ATT iPhone. Thought I'd give Verizon a shot but no tech support is no tech support.
You can thank other customers calling in for nonsense that keeps the queues busy. It's amazing some people would rather wait on hold for someone to do a Google search for them over the phone. Makes customers with legitimate problems wait longer.
