My iPhone 8 suddenly has no carrier data/software and will not update. Help! No help at the Verizon store...

I've tried everything.

Turning everything on and off: airplane-wifi-blue tooth- the phone- remove and replace SIM card-taking it to the Verizon store.... backed it up and reset it- nothing works.

We know how important it is to have a working device. Are you getting an error when you attempt to view your current software, or when you try to update your iPhone 8?
