I have two lines I thought I could just switch SIM card but I think I messed up the service . Can that happen

I rely on my phone to work at all times & that is what I want for you as well. I'm right here to help get your phones working. I regret you think you didn't do something right. Can you tell me what is not working on both of the phones? (Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts & use our 4G data network?) You are posting on an iPhone 8 forum. Just to confirm, are both the phones iPhone 8's? If not, can you please let me know the phone models we are working with?
