Hi. I'm logged into MyVerizon account and can see some of my messages but not all of them are there. Why? I know for a fact that my friends and I have iphones but my texts messages between several of them are not showing up. How can I get them to show up?
robynw213, we understand the importance of managing your account. Any messages that are sent and received as iMessages. If you are messaging with other iPhones they are likely being sent as iMessages and we would not have access to them as they are part of Apple's proprietary messaging system. However, you can disable iMessages under your device settings if you would like all messages sent and received via the SMS format, as these would be viewable via your My Verizon.
