Protection has been added to my phone bill at 17.00 a month. I did not request this. I tried to cancel it several times and keep getting error messages. I cannot get through to customer service. The chat bot doesn't work well either. I finally filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and my state's attorney general. Let's see if that gets a fire lit under the corporate crooks at Verizon. Long time customer here and I am beyond disgusted with Verizon at this point.
