Phone keeps shutting off

Hi, I just got my new replacement phone and it’s been on less than 24h and has restarted 5 times / screen will go black but I can see a blueish huge. Even when I hold down the power button nothing shows up. I checked the battery health and it says it’s 100% and peak quality.

We would be happy to help! Your new replacement shoould be working perfectly! What type of replacement was this (warranty or insurance)? The warranty replacement would be free and the device would be coming from us. The insurance replacement comes from the Asurion team, and a deductible is charged before the order is completed.
