Whoah!!!!! You want to be transparent and truthful....smells like a democratic strategy, twisting the truth.  Anyway, your plan should read....Unlimited access 55+ for only residents in Florida.  Or worse yet, list all the states that are not eligible.

Wow!!! If nothing else TELL people this is an expement on the part of Verizon.  DOES Verizon know that that this type of action does nothing to enhance your PR.  Reminds me of GoPro telling you if you sign up for GoPro+ and getting 50% off of accessories.  Not true....you get that on about 20% of their products.  I swear, many of our countries BIG corporations follow the democratic parties way of life.
