Really frustated, ever since joining verizon based on lies

 just tough id share my experience with VW so far.

its been a really frustating and shady experiance, ever since switching from boost to verizon.

Got told i would receive a BOGO promo, never did what really got in my nerves, everytime i called or chatted with a representitive, i got told i should see the credit applied the next month, i got played with for over 7 months with the same respond....  then 1 month back i get told by one of the csr in VW that i would not receive any credit since i didnt qualify for the promo....  well long story short I have been stuck with a 200+ monthly bill for two iphones and service even a little bit more expensive than my 2017 chevy malibu loan all this because of the representative's shady selling techniques(just lied me into the purchase and told me what i wanted to hear not how it really was). 

Just tought id share my horrific experiance so far, at this point im going crazy over the high bills. 

at this point contemplating switching to sprint since they are cutting my bill by have of the ammount...

overall really sad over all the lies to have my businnes.

Sprint is also a horrible network that show why it's dirt cheap.

Salesmen are scumbags, this is common no matter the company. My Verizon service is fine, salesmen don't get a cent of commission from me.

Did you read the requirements of the deal?   Most people who didn't get the deal they thought they qualified for, never read the deal and didn't meet the requirements.

Had a similar experience when I upgraded my 6 to a 10.  Man....I put trust in the sales person and am very dissapointed.  Now....all I can do is walk away and try to learn from it.  I am 67 years old and in my life I have seen consumer confidence fall terribly.  Young people can't see this for they can't look back and remember how people treated each other back then...

Are you paying fair retail and published price for the phone?   98+% of people do you know.   That's not sad, that's normal.
