My phone got suspended somehow so now I’m trying to reconnect device and it want let me please help

Wesleywhite, we want you to have reliable service with us, especially during this time. To reconnect your service:
- From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
- Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Devices (may require scrolling down).
- Tap Reconnect device (beneath the device you want to reconnect).
- From the 'Great. How do you want to reconnect today?'' screen, select an option:
- With the same device
- With another device
- Tap Reconnect.
- Tap Confirm.
