Someone is in my iphone and sending texts to my contacts/family. Like it will show on my sons iphone text from mom, but I didn't send it. I can't see the text that this person is sending on my iphone and I only know because my son screenshot it and sent it to me. Some of these texts are horrible. How do I stop this? I have erased and restored my iphone but it keeps happening. I have had an expert go through my iphone and they don't see any apps that I haven't purchased. I have had my router checked and changed my password. But it keeps happening. I have even tried changing my phone number but nope in a couple of days this person is back in my iphone. They are not accessing my apple ID or password because any log in requires a two authentication. I am totally freaked out how someone can have access to my contacts and text messages and they can actually hear my conversations, because the text messages they are sending are regarding my conversations. Can someone please help me as to where I might go next to protect my iphone and privacy and get rid of this person? I heard you can install "parenting" software without having physical access to the phone?

I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you flywithbonnied. I can understand how upsetting it is but we are here to help. You've done everything possible to investigate and stop this from happening. Does someone have access to an old phone you had active on your account? Are you sharing Apple Id and logins with your son?
You can try signing up for our {rivacy feature and manage those settings on your phone via the My-Verizon app. Here is a link below with some details and steps.
I also would like to provide you with a link for the Digital Secure tools where you can safeguard your internet connection and data.

I hope this is helpful.
