Having nothing but issues with my phone people cannot hear me clearly, I cannot use safari keeps telling me it’s lost it’s internet connection and cannot log into certain sites

called Verizon multiple times today but am unable to speak to anyone

left my number twice for a call back to no avail 

really losing my faith with Verizon
