The Insurance is a rip off do not get it

The employees push the insurance and tell you all kinds of things are covered. Even when youquestion they still push. But somehow it's $200 to get a crack fixed.

It's so true. I got it, then found out that my homeowner's insurance has slightly better coverage.
Waiting to get them to give me a new phone (I have a cracked screen too). I bet they "mail it off" and 3 weeks later ... without a phone ....

A) Yes insurance is ripoff however not a Verizon issue
B) Insurance is not Verizon is Asurion which all carriers use.
C) All insurance has a deductable and it's stated before you get the policy

cracks have never been part of the insurance replacement plan.
