I recently upgraded my wife's iPhone 8 to the 11Pro. I had requested and received a trade in credit for the iPhone 8 and shipped the phone in the trade in box via UPS on May 5th. In reviewing UPS' tracking, I do not see any updates after May 11th when it arrived in Fort Worth, TX, and I received a message from Verizon that I would be charged back for the credit if the phone was not delivered by May 16th.
Any suggestions on my next steps. I have the UPS tracking as well as the submission ID.
pkg got to ft worth + but no confirmation that item was delivered to verizon is why no credit.
fwiw: the trade-in value is a joke & i keep the old phones to be used on wi-fi only, as an extra device.
