It was the worst service experience. We spent almost 5 hours on the phone(s) with various reps trying to get my husband's account transfered to my account. An absolute nightmare. The reps were useless, the rules insane, the technology almost unusable.
They texted me the Acceptance form. Texted?? And it had no Submit button, OK button, Accept button. Just a grayed out sentence hidden well.
Going to go check out the wonderful deals TMobile is offering today. For $5,000 a year we should be able to do better than this kind of service.
