Very spotty service

I live in Ann Arbor, MI and last week my phone's service went out completely after I came home from an hour away so I can't send/receive anything. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips to bring back my service including resetting my whole phone, but nothing's worked. Since then I'll get a few bars for a second or two, and then "no service" again. Any ideas?

I rely on my service to work well where I need it and want to ensure you can use your service where you need it, MaggieF. Let's take a closer look into this. What is the make and model of your phone? Is this issue happening in one location or multiple locations? Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

I have an Iphone 8, and it's been happening wherever I go around Ann Arbor, MI. I don't think anyone else has the same issues as me.

MaggieF, let's get your phone back up and running. Are you unable to send/receive calls, texts, or data information? What level of signal is showing on your phone - i.e. No service, 1x, 3G, 4G LTE? TanishaS_VZW

I'm unable to do anything outside of a wifi range. My phone usually shows no service but will sometimes randomly flicker with 1-3 bars of service, but then go back to no service about 5 minutes later. I haven't had lte at all this week, even though I turned it on in my phone settings.
