Voice mail is reported to callers as full, but it isn't. Therefore callers can't leave a message. How is this corrected.

If it wasn't full, it wouldn't say it's full. Dial *86 and you'll find messages in your mailbox that visual voicemail didn't delete.

I can help you figure this out. Does your mailbox show empty when call your Voice Mail at *86? How are you checking your voicemails currently?
