Log in to your account at https://www.verizonwireless.com/
Where it says Overview Bill Data Plan hover over Plan then click on Plan Overview. It'll tell you right there what plan you are on.
If you are on the app, touch the "hamburger" in the upper left corner and tap Account. Scroll down to My Plan and tap that.
