can't transfer contacts and photos from old iphone to new iphone. No customer reps available.

Does anyone know how to transfer info from an old phone after you've already activiated the new iphone?  The old iphone is not on now, so can't sync a dead phone with a new one.

Hello, kathleenkathleen. Making sure you're familiar with the backup and restore options available for your iPhone is definitely very important. To confirm, are you able to power on the old iPhone at all? Had you previously backed up the old device to either iTunes or iCloud? Was there any other third party account you may have used to back up information on your old phone?
