change the Greeting from (800-922-0204) using My first name = Very Disrespectful!

The Greeting I receive when I call  Verizon (800-922-0204) answers by addressing  me by my

First Name!!!!  I feel that this is Very Disrespectful and Unprofessional..!! A simple "Hello" would be more appropriate!!!

If you log into your account using the My Verizon mobile app (probably on the web site as well), you can 'Manage Profile' and set your Greeting Name to whatever you want (appears that may not be what is used though, probably the Account Owner first name).  It is nice to have the acknowledgement that they know who/what phone is calling.
