Being able to locate a missing Apple iPhone device is very important and we want to make sure that you have all the available options, dirtyboss1. When it comes to locating an Apple iPhone device, you would need to know the Apple ID information that was used to sign in to that device. Without the Apple ID information, there would be no way to locate the device unless the employee remembers the information and is able to sign in to www.iCloud.com.

If this happened with my phone, I know I would ask this question too. Here is a link from Apple that can be used when you are unsure of the Apple ID username.

Once that is discovered, you can then use this link to get started on resetting the password:
https://iforgot.apple.com/password
We’re crossing our fingers for you. Without the username and password I’m sorry that there is no way to find this information other than for you to work with the user of the device.
