I joined the unlimited plan 2 days ago ever since then my cellular data stopped so totally not a fan of this unlimited plan- I lose my employee discount and pay extra money for a service that doesnt work. verizon needs to fix this and soon!
Which tier of unlimited data did you get? The cheapest tier of unlimited data, Start Unlimited, has a restriction of your data possibly being slowed during times of congestion. This could give you the impression your data is not working if you are coming from a shared data plan without any chance of your data being slowed.
If you move up 1 tier to Play More Unlimited , you won't have the possibility of having your data slowed until you have used at least 25 GB of data in a month.
