I went to the verizon store to see what was going on but they claim it wasnt on there end and no one else is having this issue. I even called customer service they was supposed to research the issue and call me back but they never did and that was a week ago. I have a iphone 8 plus and im not recieving my short code verification at all. Before I switched to verizon i wasnt having this issue. The codes are being sent to my phone but im not getting them. I have tried resetting my network settings and still nothing.
If you recently ported your number from another carrier, maybe the port process didn't complete fully.
