My ringback tone which I have had since 2004 disappeared yesterday. When I go to manage my tones its not there. My bill shows I was charged for it through Oct 19. Verizon support is no help. Anybody else have this problem?
We're sorry to hear the Ringback Tone, especially since you've had it for a long time. The specific Ringback Tone does need to be renewed each year ($1.99 purchase). On the bill, you would see the monthly Ringback Tone charge to use the service ($0.99 per month). We recommend renewing the Ringback Tone.
