My ringback tone which I have had since 2004 disappeared yesterday. When I go to manage my tones its not there. My bill shows I was charged for it through Oct 19. Verizon support is no help. Anybody else have this problem?

On the bill, you would see the monthly Ringback Tone charge to use the service ($0.99 per month). We recommend renewing the Ringback Tone.
