I submitted my claim for (2) $300 giftcards after switching, completing all the appropriate guidelines, and I am being told I do not get them. This is ridiculous, basically stealing $600 from me
I had the same issue, and when I contacted Verizon customer service, they directed me to my gift card which is digital only, no physical card, but the bummer is that it can only be used on the Verizon store. My impression when signing up that it could be used anywhere. I finally got them to apply the card to my monthly bill with no penalty for using auto-pay discount when the card is exhausted. You may have to really press them on this issue.
