When I was at the store, I was told my account qualified for the $579 trade in promo. The order was placed at the store and the representative who I have worked with many times showed me where he saved the promo on my account. I went in yesterday to pick up the new phone and he said that I would just need to go into my account and follow the directions to send in the old phone. I have checked my emails and my account but I can't find anything about sending the old device. I don't have a submission ID because it was ordered at the store and I tried using my email but that didn't work either. Please advise what I need to do in order to send in the old phone.
