Apple Music Subscription not connecting

I need help getting access to the Apple Music that comes with my Verizon plan. I keep getting the error “No Subscription
Through Verizon
Find out if you're eligible to try
Apple Music for free.”

My email has been corrected with Verizon but I never received any information since the last contact.

I can not join through my Verizon account because it says the phone which has the plan is not compatible.

Thanks for confirming, selenaharris17. If needing to update the email account in My Verizon, you'll do so as shown here:  https://www.verizon.com/support/account-management/. Once updated, let us know if you're able to connect to your Apple Music service.

We want to make sure you can take advantage of all the features that come with your plan.  Let's get a few details. What model phone are you using? Are you the Account Owner on My Verizon?

I haven’t had Apple Music in over a year. My plan includes it and I switched before 8/20/2022. I’ve been on this plan for a few months now and couldn’t gain access.

My email was different for my Apple Music and Verizon account, and my phone number was different as well, before I purchased my plan.

I updated my email and phone number after I purchased the plan.

After rechecking, my email is not updated for Verizon still. So the Apple ID email I have and my email on Verizon currently do not match.
