BYOD $450 Rebate Issue

Hi,

I opened up a new Verizon line on 3/21/21, but it was until 4/28/21 when I revisited Verizon official website to know this rebate (BYOD, get $450 back), which requires to initial the rebate within 30 days of activation. However, to the best of my knowledge, I did not receive any notifications from Verizon app about this rebate, even before it got expired. So right now I cannot get this rebate back :(. I tried contacting Verizon but they said sorry. I wonder if there are any potential issues with Verizon notification system when sending promotion information to its app, and any possibilities I can get this rebate back? Verizon has a good network coverage in my area but this issue is defiantly not pleasant!

Tried contacting Verizon again earlier and hope the best of luck.

have you had any luck?  I am having a similar issue and have been getting the run around for 6 weeks. I am really disgusted with verizon and would love to cancel and never use them again.
