Mine was also cancelled and I was never informed. I in the process of doing a new order now. I'll probably be waiting for this order as well and it'll be Christmas before I get it. Verizon, DO BETTER!

Verizon is notorious to cancel your order and not to inform their Customers!!! Even you cancel the order Verizonwireless.Com will show order is progress for months or new order will not show up at all. Verizon Websites are terrible and not syncing well with order update!!! And pls don't even bother to call Customer Services because they have no idea????????????
