I placed an order on 11/16 for the BOGO promotion for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I signed up for a new line of service for the Get phone as the promotion stated. Signed the terms and conditions. Paid for the taxes. All was good and well until yesterday, 11/18, when I received notice that one phone was shipping but the other phone had been cancelled. I am currently on the 3rd group with Verizon telling me there is nothing they can do as the promo ended yesterday on the 18th. I have all the emails and screen shots of my account. Has anyone had the same issue? How am I able to have this resolved as I followed all the T&Cs Verizon laid out for the promotion?

Yes, almost the same except they never shipped my phones and now they are saying that the sales rep never clicked the 'submit' button yet they gave me a receipt for the plan change. Now the promo is over and I ordered custom phone cases with no phones. I plan on taking them to court for the extra expenses of the plan change and phone cases if they don't honor the BOGO on the iphone 12's. Verizon needs to make it right.
If I elaborate with my issue that is similar will you assist in correcting it? I know there is a record of the chat, yet all of your employees say they don't have access. I call garbage.
