I just switched from t mobile to Verizon yesterday. I am trying to get all my apps and accounts set up, but I am not receiving authentication text codes from said apps. What can I do?

Yes I am receiving texts from contacts. Just not authentication codes that apps send.
I am still not receiving anything.
Is this an issue with multiple authentication codes, or just one in particular?
