How do you file a complaint? I am not able to get a customer service rep to pull a call to review the promises made in regards to credits to my account. I have been lied too and ran around for over a week now. I have documents to prove what I was set up for and text message from customer service on what they would credit and than I talk to someone else who pretty much tells me that text from Verizon means nothing. It’s unbelievable this company can sign someone up and than say oh sorry you don’t get these promos now. That’s fraudulently getting customers. Also had an awful experience with a TCC Verizon that needs to be addressed. I don’t understand how I can be told something and than be billed the opposite with no help. Any help is appreciated.
Similar situation I was called after being hung up on by a supervisor who stated several times during this 5 minutes call he would credit me than transferred me to sales for some unknown reason called today as credit not applied got told no notes of the call i.e too bad gave 2 reps different calls the time and name told take them 7 days to review i.e hope you forget by than
This is not something reps do. The only ones that can access the calls who aren't direct supervisors for that rep is Quality Assurance.
If a credit was legitimate, it would have been applied. The post didn't specify what the credits were supposed to be for. You don't get credits just because you asked for them. Credits for things such as activation or upgrade are just fishing for credits.
Never trust store reps. There is zero reason anyone should be going to the store.
So sorry to hear about the concern over missed promised and credits, araymond22. It's concerning to hear of your experience as well as to hear that you haven't gotten a resolution yet. I'm happy to help straighten this out. Also, we can address your experience in a third party partner TCC store. We'll need to collect some info from you to help. Please respond to the Private Note we sent.
