***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Hello, no need to fear, help is here! Have you tried to restart your phone to see if the issue continues? Also, have you verified that you are receiving all other text messages?~David

Having trouble getting verification texts. Tried resetting the iPhone 12. No luck.

Maggart, we want to ensure you can receive all of your texts. Let's get some details on the verification message you're looking to receive. Is it coming from an email address, phone number or premium shortcode (aka 4 to 7-digit short code number)? If an email or shortcode do you know if you have a premium shortcode block via your block services in My Verizon. You can view and manage service blocks as shown here:  https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-28892/
