I purchased the iphone12 pro max a few days ago and everything was fine till I received an email stating my order was canceled by Verizon even though I already made the payment and everything. Called customer service and they were no help. Everyone just gave me the run around.
When an order is canceled a refund will be issued within 5 business days. We would be happy to help you place the order again if you need!
