I ordered iPhone Pro Max in 8/14, and it was in stock at that time. As of 8/23, my order is still in "preparation" stage and ready to ship. They charged my credit card in 8/14, so it is not payment issue. Called and talked to reps and agents, they don't know why my order got stuck at "ready to ship". First time order something from Verizon web, is this a norm?
