I need help getting a ticket status. I'm unable to use my phone number since failed activation attempt on Saturday February 19th. No one at Verizon will provide a status.

My tech Austin sent me a ticket number INC007277544. We spent a whole day working on it with no solution. I've since found what was wrong and he needs this info to help others. Can you have him or someone else contact me via phone or text to update this issue. Thanks Jeffrey Flippin, 423-914-0175
