I had ordered an iPhone 12 online and been waiting for almost a week to pick up the phone only to find out it was cancelled and no explanation on why it was cancelled- already terrible customer service. On top of this, there was no receipt saying that I would get a refund back and the payment had already been posted for on my account. Never will I buy a phone from Verizon again. Wondering if I will even get a refund back!?!?
