The My Verizon app is not working

I just received my new iPhone and installed the My Verizon app.  Every time I open it, the following error message appears on the screen:  "Our system is unavailable at the moment."  At the bottom of the screen there are two buttons: "Feedback" and "Retry".   When I click on "Retry", I continue to see the same error message as above.  When I click on "Feedback", the following error message appears on the screen: "On no, your session expired." and below it: "Please sign back in".  At the bottom of the screen is a button: "Sign in".  When I click that button it takes me back to the original page with this same message: "Our system is unavailable....".   I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.  I've restarted my phone several times.  

Any suggestions?

We're sorry to read that you're having issues with getting the My Verizon app to work on your device. Is the iPhone on the latest software update?

Not sure your exact problem but know that the app has bugs for months still not fixed i.e sign in etc I have done feedback option as well as report on phone but nothing fixed seems to work ok at times other times get problem
