Hello
I've been with Verizon forever, after Nextel was bought by Sprint. Everything was great until this 5G upgrade. My data is very bad with unlimited Starter. then upgraded to more play paying extra $10/ea for each phone a month, still works the same, data works worst than LTE used to be and most of the time only 1MB download or less when do speed test. Called the rep up and was on the phone for sometimes to troubleshoot, rep lost or hang up on me and never call me back. so fed up and thinking move all my 6 phones to T-mobil very soon if this issue is not resolved.
