I'm dealing with this now. No promotion for 2020 and again in 2021. Stealing someone's money is stealing no matter how Verizon wants to look at it. Now the customer service agent can't find the promotion. It was bogo up to $1100. How hard is it to take care of your customers that have been with your company for over 20 years. Fix your mistake and stop trying to deny what you did. Maybe a class action suit would help with the amount of theft that Verizon is doing to their unsuspecting customers.
