I’ve been told by multiple people that they can’t leave voicemails. I had “default” voicemail set up by the looks of it. When I call my number I get a “message management” prompt that asks for my mailbox number. I’ve reset my network. I’ve tried setting a custom voicemail. Nothing is working.
We want to make sure that your voicemail service is working properly, JazT. Can you please walk us through the steps you had taken to set up the service? Also, what steps you took to set up a custom greeting?
