Get this.. I have spend 2 days, 2 trips by bus hours on the with tech Support and work with a manger at the Verizon Store only to be told The Verizon Protection Plan doesn't not work with eSIMs. In order to keep the Verizon Protection Plan you have to have SIM card in your iPhone. If you only want to use an eSIM you will loose your Verizon Protection Plan. You would think that lower level agents and whoever would know this and inform the customer so they won't waste hours on the phone and trips into the store. I wonder what is Verizon going to do when Apple and other Phones comes out with eSIM only model? It bound to happen sooner then latter. From now on I will be getting Apple Care+ for my iPhone.
