When I delete voicemails by any method (swiping, edit mode, trash can on individual VMs), they disappear from my VM list, but no Deleted Messages folder appears at the bottom so that I can go in and clear them. Consequently, my voice mailbox is full and no one can leave a message. If I reboot the phone, the deleted messages reappear and so I try to delete them again and the same thing happens. They go away but no Deleted Messages folder appears so that I can clear them! HELP! This is a business phone and customers cannot leave messages! HELP! HELP! HELP!

Your SOS has been received, and we can relate to how important it is that you are able to receive new messages and delete the old messages. It's never safe to assume. What voicemail are you using? What city and intersection are you near?
