Horrible Customer service

I just spent over an hour with Verizon customer service. They double billed me for an iPhone and couldn't remove the pending charge or even find it in their system. They also double billed me initially after telling me the first bill needed to be payed manually and they putting the auto charge though 2 days later. They didn't feel that customers should be compensated for their terrible service.
