Ongoing issue. Phone won’t work except on home wifi.  No internet or bars. iCloud email takes forever to show read emails.  Multiple Verizon stores and execs could not fix.  15 mo old. Any ideas ?

Calls work.   It happens indoors or outdoors or in my car

Zip 13219.  iCloud Gmail takes forever to show as read.  In many New York State ZIP Codes bars go to zero and Internet will not pull up sites.  Gone on all year.

Thank you, to clarify further when you are saying your services go to zero does this also mean that calls, and texts do not work, or is it only data that is experiencing an issue during this time? *Gert
