I've answered this before. 21013. I'm not able to be heard. I can hear the other person. They describe it as hearing only one or two words in multiverse sentences. This was not a problem with my previous phone at all

jeffhuddleston,
I appreciate the calrification. Does the issue happen with speaker phone? Do you have voice and data enable for LTE? Settings>Cellular>Data Roaming. What was your previous phone.

Good question about speaker. I'll ask Shelby to try that. Yes we have everything set for LTE. The previous phone was an iPhone 4 (s?)

There's your problem. Set LTE for "Data only" and it should clear things up.
This is a common issue for you to hear fine, but the person on the other end has trouble hearing you. Too bad, because otherwise a good technology.

Thank you. We will try that. We have Wifi enable for calls but don't see
how to turn it off. It came up when trying to make a call.

Check to see if LTE is set to "Data", NOT " Voice & Data".
