Same here Ken. Even tried chatting with someone at Verizon. They weren't
able to offer up any new info.

That's what I'm saying. Even Verizon reps don't know anything. I was told that they know as much as we do about when the phones will be shipped and that's when my card will get charged. So basically it will surprise me without notice until after the card is charged. There has to be a way to track where your order is at in line being filled though.
I think there is, it’s just at a different tier of customer service than
who we have been talking to. Continuing Operation Frustrated Patience.

I wish I got get to that tier so I could find out more info at least. But until then I'm still patiently waiting as well. I just want my order to go through asap. Lol
My 10/27 order of the 256gb space black with a original ship date of 12/06 was shipped on 11/17 and will be delivered on 11/21. I received NO communication email from Verizon about it being shipped. I found out because I just check my order status manually.
I FINALLY got the shipping confirmation and that baby is on the way. 256gb Space Grey delivered by Tuesday!!!!!!! I'm so excited it childish.....original delivery date was 12/13/2017...and it was ordered on 10/27.
