I ordered the 256gb silver and I ordered on 11/3. I spoke to someone at Verizon and they said that if your card is charged, then they are shipping and it won't changed from "processing" to "shipped" until the carrier receives the phone and starts the mailing process. So in other words, they have your phone and Verizon has mailed it, but it hasn't started the mailing process with Fedex or UPS.

Just as I typed that last message, I received a text saying my order had shipped with UPS.

I ordered On 11/03 too. And my card was charged, but no more information.

Ordered on 11/03 with EED of 12/6

charged 11/20. Information Was updated On My account 11/21 shipped on 11/21 EDD 11/23...

but thats thanksgiving so FedEX ”scheduled delivering” 11/24 according To their tracking site.
